Redline Motor Condos

The Club

A country club for cars

Redline is a private motor club you own a piece of and author yourself — the belonging of a clubhouse and the exclusivity of a members-only world, in the only motor community in McHenry County.

A community, not storage

Redline is a private club of enthusiasts. Your neighbors share the passion — the cars, the builds, the stories. It's the difference between parking a car and belonging somewhere.

Events & the clubhouse

Cars & coffee mornings, owner gatherings, and a clubhouse built for hanging out. The calendar is part of what you're buying — a reason to come by even when you're not driving.

Founding Owners

The earliest owners hold a permanent Founding Owner designation — locked-in pricing and lifetime first pick on every future building we release. Get in early and it pays forward.

Questions

What owners ask first

What sizes are available?

The base unit is 960 SF (24' x 40'). Adjacent units combine for 1,920, 2,880, 3,840 SF and larger. Every unit has 20' ceilings and a 14' garage door.

Do I own my unit?

Yes. Units are sold, not leased — deeded ownership with separate utilities (gas, water, electric, sewer), so the space is yours to build out and use.

Can I customize my unit?

Absolutely. Floors are poured with flush pads for an optional mezzanine and the unit is stubbed for a bathroom. Our on-staff designers help you plan finishes, lifts, lighting, and a lounge.

Is there an HOA?

Yes. A homeowners association maintains common areas, the gated entry, outdoor lighting, and landscaping. Commercial businesses are not permitted, so the campus stays private.

How does the priority list work?

It's free. Join and you're ranked in line for the next release — you get first access to pick a unit before it opens to the public. Reservations and closing happen in person with our team.

When can I see it?

Construction is underway with phased delivery of buildings. Book a private hard-hat tour and we'll walk you through the site and current delivery timelines.
